Payment

 

Orders under $100 require full payment at time of booking. Orders over $100 require a 50% deposit to book and the remaining balance is due 1 week before pick up day. If your invoice is not paid by the due date, your order will be canceled, and I cannot guarantee that it will be able to be re-booked.

 

No show = No cookies

 

Baked goods are best enjoyed fresh. Pick-up times are set when placing your order. Not showing up at the agreed pick-up time forfeits your order. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Please reach out to me at least 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled time to make new arrangements. I understand that sometimes emergencies happen beyond your control, if this becomes your situation, please reach out as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.

 

 

Cancellations & Refunds

 

Cancellations may be requested 10 days prior to your pick-up/party date for a refund. Unfortunately, after that time I cannot offer refunds as the materials for your order have already been purchased. I may be able to offer credit towards a future order if contacted more than 7 days before your pick-up/party date.

 

While I want you to love my baked goods, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten items within 24 hours so I may assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. I will then determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.

 

 

Delivery & Pick-Up

 

All orders are pick-up only. 

 

Once you pick-up your order, what happens to the cookies is on you. Please handle your items with extra care to avoid any mishaps.

 

Occasionally you may request that I ship your cookies (shipping is only allowed within the great state of Texas due to Cottage Food Laws) and while I do my best to package these cookies for a rough ride, broken cookies are a possibility and a non-refundable risk you take when placing a shipped order. Also – while I ship USPS Priority, I can’t guarantee that “rain, sleet, snow or hail” won’t delay your order. Refunds can’t be offered – but know that they’re on their way. Once tracking information is provided, claims for lost orders can be placed with USPS.

Order minimums

 

I require a minimum of 1 dozen cookies per ordered for Tier 1 & Printed cookies, a 2 dozen minimum for Tiers 2 & 3. Need fewer? Check my pages for a pop-up shop or presale options throughout the year.

Changes

​

Decisions are tough, but I am here to help! Order changes can be made no less than 2 weeks days prior to your pick-up date. After that, all change requests will be considered, but not guaranteed and a small fee may apply depending on the nature of the change.

Design Inspiration

​

Thank you for providing inspiration photos and ideas! They are just that – inspiring. While your baked goods may not be exact replicas, I will do our best to accommodate your “must have” design elements.

Rush Orders

​

While I cannot accommodate all last-minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of less than 7 days will require a rush fee of $20-$100 depending on the size of the order.

Price Adjustments

​

All prices are subject to change until your invoice is paid in full. Prices are often dictated by costs of ingredients. I strive to provide the best tasting baked goods to my clients which means I can’t always honor old pricing (because grocery stores won’t honor the old butter prices—shucks!)

Product Photography

Say cheese! We create replicas of client orders to photograph these pretty sweet lookin’ goodies for our various social media platforms as well as our creation gallery! If you do not want your baked goods in the spotlight, please let me know at the time of order.

Ingredients

​

Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can’t always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Please do reach out – I may have a perfect referral for you!

Cottage Food Laws

​

This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department. Our cookies may contain the following known allergens: Eggs, Diary, Nuts, Wheat. Note, cookies are NOT baked in a nut free kitchen.

I have the right to refuse any orders if they do not fit in my schedule or are too difficult to finish in the timeline requested. I reserve the right to cancel your order in the case of illness or family emergency, in which case you will receive a full refund.
