CAN I COME IF I’VE NEVER DECORATED A COOKIE BEFORE?
Absolutely. No experience or artistic talent needed. I’ll guide you step by step, and you might surprise yourself with what you create.
CAN I COME BY MYSELF?
Absolutely. Plenty of guests come solo. Our classes are relaxed and welcoming, and you’ll be decorating alongside everyone else before you know it.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
Nope! Your cookies, icing, decorating supplies, and everything you need for class are provided. Just bring yourself. We do suggest bringing your ‘Readers’ as needed for small detail work.

Kara, owner and cookie artist behind Gentle Confections, teaches each class and guides you through the decorating process step by step.
CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE COOKIE PARTY?
Yes! Gentle Confections offers private cookie decorating experiences for birthdays, girls’ nights, celebrations, corporate events, and more.
ARE THESE CLASSES FOR ADULTS ONLY?
Most Gentle Confections public experiences are designed with adults in mind, but age requirements can vary by class and venue. Check the individual event details before booking.
CAN I BRING A GROUP TO A PUBLIC CLASS?
Absolutely. Grab your seats together when registration opens. For larger groups, contact us and we’ll help you find the best option.
DO YOU OFFER MORE ADVANCED CLASSES?
Yes. Some experiences feature more detailed designs and techniques for decorators who are ready for a little more of a challenge. Look for the class level in each event description.
